Gordana Marčetić

Prof. Gordana Marčetić, PhD, graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb in 1986., where she has, through decades of professional work, established a distinguished position in legal scholarship and the field of public administration in Croatia. Beginning her career in public service, she has developed an extensive professional background that includes experience in public administration, participation in numerous scientific research projects, and a strong commitment to legal education through her work at the Faculty of Law.

She is widely recognized as an expert in civil service legislation, public administration reform, and anti-corruption policies, having contributed to various expert working groups and advisory bodies. She has published numerous scientific and professional papers, taught at undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels, and has led specialist and doctoral study programs.

Viktor Marčetić

Viktor Marčetić graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Osijek in 2021. During his professional development, he gained experience working in several law firms, including the offices of Čedo Prodanović, Inga Slijepčević, and Hondl, Konić, Šimunović, Batur and Partners, where he participated in handling a wide range of legal matters across various areas of law.

He also spent several years living and working in the United States, where he gained valuable international experience, developed strong professional adaptability, and advanced his communication skills in an international environment.

He passed the Croatian Bar Exam in 2025. He possesses English language proficiency at the C2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, enabling him to provide legal advice and communicate with international clients at the highest professional level.
