Professor Gordana Marčetić, PhD
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb, where she established a distinguished reputation in legal scholarship and public administration practice in Croatia through decades of professional and academic work.
Beginning her career in public service, she developed extensive experience in public administration, participated in numerous research projects, and remained committed to legal education through her work at the Faculty of Law. Throughout her career, she has contributed to the development of public administration and legal scholarship in Croatia.
She is particularly recognized for her expertise in civil service legislation, public administration reform, and anti-corruption measures. She has participated in various expert working groups and advisory bodies, authored numerous academic and professional publications, taught at undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels, and led specialist and doctoral study programmes.

Viktor Marčetić
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Osijek in 2021. Throughout his professional development, he gained experience working in several law firms, including the offices of Čedo Prodanović, Inga Slijepčević, and Hondl, Konić, Šimunović, Batur & Partners, where he worked on a broad range of legal matters across various areas of law.
He also lived and worked in the United States for several years, gaining valuable international experience, developing professional adaptability, and strengthening his communication skills in an international environment.
He passed the Croatian Bar Exam in 2025. He holds English language proficiency at the C2 level under the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), enabling him to provide legal advice and communicate with international clients at the highest professional standard.
